I have a very strong feeling the tune and boost settings will not fix your problem. I went through this, and those things do not fix a physical problem with the manifold. Also, just because it works for someone else doesn't mean it will necessarily work for you; I am speaking from experience. Best of luck with everything.
You could always run a manifold like the JDL wastegate priority manifold to help ease the creep issues. It would allow you to easily run a pipe from the mani to a front mount turbo.
But I guess its worth a shot of the tune asjustment first, although I'd go straight to the souce: manifold
I don't understand why every manifold isn't 'wastegate priority' it's practically the most important part. If you can't properly control boost, then you just have a ticking time bomb. If you ever look at good v8 turbo setups on race cars, they are all 'wastegate priority' in the sense that there is always a very straight forward flow into the wastegate and the wastegate neck is always after the merge collector. I'm going back and forth on that, i may end up getting it before i put the car down for winter rest at the end of the season and deal with the car as it sits right now for the time being
That's the manifold i'm considering, if not i may just go Gangsta Lean, i have a whole year to figure out which one i'll go with.
Yea, me and the other two guys helping me with the car have been going back and forth, i think we all know what HAS to be done, but my wallet doesn't have the coin to make it happen now so i'll probably have to wait a little bit, and go with what i have for now.
Probably bang v buck, material costs, and profit... if i'd have to guess
Well LOL looking back at the thread and cleaning it up a bit, we never thought it would do what it did LOL

Sold my PLM and replaced it with a T4 Turbo Elements K Series Sidewinder Manifold

Had him relocate the WG Flange to the rear of the manifold to be able to access the wastegate easier
http://i143.photobucket.com/albums/r...psgbdpxk7q.jpg
Sold my PTE6766 as well :-) Getting a Borgwarner S366 in it's place, PTE's customer service was horrible and i'm not about to deal with that crap.
I'm going with more of a grassroots approach to this project, i'm extremely green when it comes to seat time so i'm just making the car functional and getting it ready for some fun this season.
Moar!!
get it on yet? Be curious to see how the lag on the s366 would be compared to the pte6766.
Ok folks, soooooooooo i'm having some fitment issues with my new manifold, but it's actually my fault, i faild to disclose some information about my setup and so now i must wait again LOL, but thanks to Tim @ Turbo-Elements for working with me on this and he's making me a new one as soon as i send this one back so no biggie, but now that i can sort of press "reset" on a portion of my build... some other options have come to light... So we're going twin scroll dual gates and we' gon' have some fun LOL

MercRacing, with this beautiful IAC Valve plate for my 90mm
Let's see how it works with my VTec Killer Head
Hey man. Did your new turbo element manifold come in?
Hell yea man!!!! Welcome to the dark side of boost!!!!
I felt bad because whenever I got the S366 in I was like... ummm.... this thing is big.... LOL
And also, should've taken into account the stock booster and what not...

So we talked and he's doing a new one twin scroll and to fit my setup
Good dude, very easy to talk to
What are the specs of that turbo?
Yea he told me it was through a dealer and that guy said bring the gate straight out the back lol
http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/04...bffe3801fa.jpg
Yea lol because I told him to, I thought it had enough room... evidently not LOL it was just a lapse in judgement and some miscommunication, it happens LOL
And those manifolds are CHEAP for being basically custom.

IAC Valve Plate from MercRacing Installed!!!!
http://i143.photobucket.com/albums/r...psretxjtoy.jpg
Soooooooooooooooooo....
i've had the car now for almost a year since it dyno'd and ran it's first pass... since then i've been changing little things here and there... and when installing the MercRacing IAC Plate, i pulled the throttle body out and saw this unplugged port... did some googelin' it's for a B Series MAP sensor... soooooooooo this MASSIVE vacuum leak has been there since day ONE....
Plugged it... and installed the IAC Valve Plate... now i'm waiting on Tim from Turbo-Elements for my new manifold and then i can crank this SOB over and see what the idle should REALLY sound like!
That literally blew my mind after i plugged it... like dude... this little FUCKING hole, may have been the source or contributor to SEVERAL issues the car has had, and subsequently caused me to buy and sell shit LOL
and it was fixed with a $1.09 allen head screw....
