You should be able to get the sealant on just taking the valve cover off, cams off, and removing all the bolts for the rocker arm assembly. You shouldn't have to fully remove the rocker arm assembly, just pull up on it and put the honda bond on, save yourself a little time so you won't have to rubber band the rockers/deal with their floppy aroundness.
