I second vit. I have such a hard time burping mine also. Overheating and overflowing in the funnel. Turn the car off squeeze the hoses, add some, turn the car on Squeeze the hoses, add some, over heat again, overflow, squeeze the hoses and repeat

LoL it's quite the mission. Some times I've spent more bleeding the damn coolant system than I did installing the turbo.

My hoses don't squeeze. I have the flexible hoses that have a metal coil throughout the entire hose.

IM is ordered. Waiting on machine work and shipment of it.

Blocks at the machine shop just got a call back from them on Friday and about their conclusion of what happened to the last one. :wtf:

Anyways on to the next one. Dropped off half the money to the machine shop to go ahead with the build.

Upon receiving the new tb I saw it had the port to still use the evap control as well. I got rid of mine a long long time ago and was never going back so I took and ordered a 1/4" npt plug from summit racing and tapped and capped the port.
