Everything looks great! Are you considering moving to a 4 port boost control solenoid?
 how did a boost control solenoid cause his head to lift?
I don't think it was either error, just that his head gasket possibly failed and/or he needs to torque his head studs more. Vit had the same problem on his motor and torquing the head studs more and a cosworth head gasket fixed it. The 4 port works in the same was as the 3 port in that if it fails or is turned off, you run right off the wastegate.
So hows everything going?
NICE BUILD! Love ep3's!

Love that pic!
Ya that's what it looks like. I'm not sure why any thoughts as to what I could do? It was on quite tight and tial says you only need 7 ft/lbs to get a seal with those clamps, which is nothing.
It's a possibility. Any way to test that with the manifold still on the car? And there is no way I can get a torque wrench in where I am working, my 1/4'' wrench barely fits, but I am quite positive I have torqued it past 10 ft/lbs as that also is not much torque at all.
LOL the greddy kit is kinda easier. Its top mount so you can do it without lowering subframe. This type of setup not so much! lol O well. I'm going to clean the mating surfaces as best I can and hope that works, if it still creeps I guess next thing is to have that flange tested.... :(
Thanks
Small photoshoot after my alignment!!!!!
Hope ya enjoy my new shoes
