There is an excellent transmission tear down DIY on 8th civic, it's what I used to take mine apart it's written by k20z3allmotor who is a great mechanic on these k series, very detailed.
Adam is right about the tools, definitely want those Allen's in impact to use with your gun. I have a 12 ton shop press from harbor freight that does the job, they go for ~$129.

The snow is comming, on another note broke a coolant hose as i got to work today, good news no fire. and more good news trans is paid and twin is on its way as well as the tsx 6th
