Had a shitty morning for no reason the other day, was in a random funk. Took a bit but i got out of it.

You gotta start the day over hell when I worked a normal job for somebody else and the day was going bad I would literally stop what I was doing go out to my car or truck get in sit there a minute then get out and go back in and start my day over lol it s sounds weird but it actually helps.
