I said that I see they have a lot of negative reviews online and I don't mind adding my experience at all, and he said the best he could do was split the freight fee with me. So I went back, and got my Ruckus for $2,299 + 105 for split freight = $2,404. That's $166 less than MSRP. Full tank of gas, everything is phresh, and I have a 1 year warranty on the entire scoot. Straight win in my book.

You know what it is, I'm going to buy a brand new vehicle and the guy is treating me like he just wants me to leave. Would he do the same if I went to buy a 2012 Ducati? Definitely not. I understand it's commission based, but that doesn't mean customer service goes out the window. Know what I mean? They definitely hate it, but I was extremely nice, reasonable, and a straight up buyer. Literally his easiest sale ever, but he made it hard for no reason.Quote:
