wasnt trying to drift. at time of accident i only had car a week. i was driving behind rush hour traffic. just went over rr tracks into an immediate 90 degree left turn. i was in 2nd going 20mph. roads were wet form rain. at end of turn i gave it a little gas to drive like normal and the car broke loose on me. i tried to correct it by laying in the gas and countersteering and spun the other way and smacked a curb.

the gauges are unique and it does get old seeing the same color so its a nice option to change the color

ya its a fun car. i ordered flowmaster outlaws for my axle backs so i should have em installed next week sometime. ill make a vid. plus im going to the track on nov 10th and ill hopefully have some vids of that.

Nice choice dude. Those 5.0s are amazing. i got myself one also. 5.0 with mid pipe, 100 shot and a tune... running 11.5@126... 513whp/578wtq. I'm lucky to be able to have the RSX still also... but you won't miss thE Honda from a performance perspective... i can assure you that.

i will always miss my SI because i had to get rid of it to help someone out. otherwise i would still have it. but ya the performance of the stang def is awesome in stock form. its like why even do anything, its fast out of the box.

i plan on putting a blower on it. im going to do a lot of research before i make the plunge. i dont want too much power that just leads me to spin everytime i step on the gas but i dont want to be left wanting more than i got either. there are 3 kits im researching. the 525hp, 575hp, and 624hp kit. so it may be a while before i get it because im going to do A LOT of research because i only wanna do the build once.

We're just messing with you man. Thats why I said I got it out of the way in my first post. The UPS truck pic made us Honda owners bend out of shape a little. But no worries, we all have a love for the new 5.0 because lets face it, Ford finally did it right! Glad you're enjoying the new car, keep up w the mods and keep us updated!

Oh I know. The 8thcivic filled with haters and critics. That's why I left it. They think Honda is the best. I will update more as I mod.

just installed flowmaster outlaws.

the stock muffler weighs 20lbs. so its 40lbs combined. the outlaw muffler weighs 8lbs so 16lbs combined. total weight savings of 24lbs. not too bad
