I don't even try when it comes to wiring, I'll end up with a pile of ash the day I try to mess with it.

Im the same with wanting to rip apart a transmission. Like i want to do it, but i think i would flood the transmission with my tears from failure

Ordered mtec shift spring and bearing and seal kit. Should be able to close the trans up and drop everything back in the car as soon as shawn paints my bay...

Need a welder....
Is welding hard to pick up? ive always wanted to try it. It crazy how far you could go with a build if you know how to weld
Brackets are fairly easy to weld especially if you have some spare metal you can practice on to figure out the heat/wire speed before starting. Same for tubing. My welder is nothing special and it can handle that. Welded up the exhaust on my truck a few weeks ago.
