Hardlines are actually pretty easy to bend and fit. I use pipe cleaner to make a template and the copy it on the hardline. plus its pretty affordable. and as long you get stainless you shouldn't have to worry about kinks too much. Ive heard that cunifer line is also an option and bends like copper but acts like stainless with brake fluid

we getting there, knock sensor just recorded 3200 knocks, i swear this fkn sensor is shit, and i switched to my original one
i tried a ol school method of putting a rubber o ring between the block and sensor to eliminate ghost knock and didnt work for shit
It might not be the sensor- you might be able to adjust it in kmanager. The noise from my SC used to make my knock sensor go crazy like that. My tuner adjusted something in kpro- i guess you can adjust the sensitivity? Idk i dont have any recorded knock anymore.

okay fellas ryan might have been right, as much as i dont want to admit it, he is.
Pc of cotton and teflon helped dramatically, on my short trip to work i only logged 20 knock counts.

What internals and oil pump do you have?
Martin, you and I have very similar setups, z3 blocks with rsx-s oil pumps, forged rods and pistons. I think the high knock counts are a product of the sensitivity of the sensor needing some calibration and the forged internals just making a lot more noise than the stock cast pistons, same reason the car vibrates a ton more with the built motor.
