I'm a big fan of stitch welding strut tower walls. Then smoothing them down. Have had a few locals do that as well as Chris at CRSX is doing it on the shop builds. But to make it completely seamless you HAVE to do some type of welding so you don't sacrifice structural integrity. And if you get too overkill with welding it's easy to warp some metal and never have a perfectly straight front end. :ohnoes:
yeah my buddy Phillip and I have been trying to figure out how to smooth all the seams...all my research and digging keeps coming up with stitch welding and fill in the spaces with filler and shave that down...
^ Based on people I've spoken to, seems that's the best way. It's a tough area to get down right.
