So after looking in the manifold and seeing all the casting marks I cant just let them sit. Especially while I am still waiting on My turbo manifold to arrive. So a friend of mine has a high hp evo. He was talking to me about his boost controller heating up and shutting off. I'm not sure of the cause wither that be it or not, but I decided I had plenty I'd time to kill as I wait on My turbo manifold. So I too my DEI velcro heat sleeve and put it around the 4 port boost controller to try and help this. Plus I was bored and just wanted to do it.

Aem 5 bar map sensor and pigtail.
Ktuned water pump block off plate.

I painted my intake manifold flat black and installed a skunk2 1L spacer in it as well.

As for the turbo manifold I'm at a stand still currently. Problem after problem. Need that to really start working on placement of everything.

Been doing small things here and there to pass the time while waiting in a turbo manifold. Ended up getting my money back after receiving the run around for a few weeks about shipping. Thank you PayPal...
So the small things I've been doing is relocating the fuse box like the rest of the guys do. Looks a lot cleaner for sure.
And made a boost controller bracket.
Ppl usually ziptie them but I've got time. Lol and tools. So I made one up

Just need to cut it out and clean it up.
Screw size used was a 4-40 x 1"
Also wired in my alternate speed sensor input And PWM booster.
Waiting on new manifold and intercooler piping to be made. Gonna be a couple weeks for that part.

Ok so my cars been at the shop a couple weeks now. They have a back log to get caught up on sho I'm not stressing about it. The guy has now placed the turbo in the bay with brackets. So he's started making the collector for it. He's waiting on my head flange to arrive to start working on the runners. In the mean time he's mounted my intercooler and getting ideas for pipe routing.

And he's started on piping....I'm pretty stoked about the cold side pipe right now. Looks really good. Nice short piping and looks good paired with the 90mm tb being the piping is 3.5".
