good stuff brah, wished i couldve came over n help, but fell into a deep sleep and lost most of my afternoon.
So something that has been bugging me for a while was where to mount my electrical panel... i.e. fuel pump relays, fusebox, breakers what nots. I didn't want them lying around in random places and would look more simple have them in one spot. Sooooooo since my glove box is broken, it "might" look good there....
First made the bulk panel and cutout for the fusebox

zip tie mounting like a boss!
Then test fit, still needs some work and I might be able to pull it off, but im still keeping my fingers crossed. Thoughts?

Keep in mind if choose this location, i will make it as flush as possible and form the plastic with the glove box curve
But still testing out other places, but i really dont want to have to find new latches for the glove box if it doesn't work out here lol
Yea.... now that i keep looking at the pics.... screw that! not feeling it lol Ill keep looking for another spot
Remove the air bag like I did and mount it there lol
safety first!
Awesome man. Love the scrap wiring box. Lol

O so u dont want ur stuff laying around but mine is!!!!!
I did actually test fit it up there and it worked, but then I thought about your setup and that I didnt want to copy you exactly so on to the next location lol
tempting... lol
Thanks :thumb: took me hours to make it lol
hey man we were in a time crunch! We really didnt have the time to bedazzle everything and draw pretty flowers
Nice! Looking forward to your build :thumb:
Hurry and get that turbo kit ryan, Martins dying to see it
One thing I noticed about myself is that I get sidetracked on projects too much....
SOOOOOOO next project was more out of curiosity lol
Never seen it on an rsx before so i thought i give it a shot. Driver headlight was fading bad and has little cracks on the inside that you can see when the light is on, so instead of buying a new light i figured I give this idea a try. Still not completely done yet and needs some cleaning up but here it is. only cost me $3 and a messed up light lol

Low beam and turn signal still connected without any interference. Not that the car will see much street driving to be used but the option is still there for say a car meet or something
Tube extends to the outside of the light so as to connect to a coupler. More pics later when finished

Nice work, I was looking into doing this same thing for track days.
that's bad ass. I always wanted to do one but the cars not a full blown track car. Awesome job.
What kind of tubing/ring is that for only $3?
Just a heads up... This was a pain in the pass to do lol
Actually maybe more around $2.50 for the tube lol the tube is a speaker tube that you use in a subwoofer box to port. I bought 6 various tubes for different sizes and only spent like 15 bucks
good stuff brah
seen u been biting your nails!!
wow giving brack steve a run for his money in the R&D department.
dont tell me martins gonna have u hack up his headlight too??
lol
Dash Harness = the worst possible wiring to work with! but deleted more useless stuff like factory security components, cruise control module, all evap wiring, radio and speaker wiring, keyless entry components. Still hunting for more junk such as the relays, but i still gotta go through the schematics and make sure im not deleting important stuff
Heres where im at with it

Should have some big updates in the next couple of weeks :)

wow. I hated the engine harness and fuse harness so much I'd commit suicide doing the dash harness also
Just read through the whole thread. Great build. Lets see this thing get built!! Also, my old RSX was held together by zip ties, lol
Sub'd for this. What is the goal for the car?
Updates????
