Oh, you should have seen the guy that put my new quarter panel on. Goofy ass dude with a lazy eye. I was like oh shit this isnt gunna come out good, but he did a pretty sick job. The spot welds in the trunk look better then factory. He also did a shit ton of extra work for me. This was my hood.

The hood had a ton of spots that needed to be fixed. Someone had already cleared over the gel coat. The clear was chipping, but so was the gel coat in spots. So I sanded it as much as possible and then he smoothed everything out with filler. Came out sick in my opinion and the car looks so mean in person now. Not bad for a 100$ hood!

That hood does look mint, I really hope to never see my RSX missing a quarter panel like that

Im a prepper/painter right now. I prep cars for my uncle, but he is teaching me to paint still. I paint most of our bumper jobs and a bunch of the easier stuff. He lets me do most of the side jobs because they are good practice. I did do a 3 stage lexus the other day that was 3/4s the car and its came out almost perfect! Had a couple pieces of dirt in it, but we buffed them out. I hoping to make the transition to full time very soon. I work 3 days a week there right now and it almost matches my full time job....fail I know.

Right outside of Baltimore, MD. Looking through my photobucket is kinda depressing. I was on my way to being turboed and I wrecked the car and now my exterior looks great, but im not where I wanted to be performance wise.

That's not too bad, I have to talk with a local guy, he may do it for just the cost of paint, but I'm not sure how the quality of his work is

Thats a good deal! Are you getting the whole car resprayed? If he isnt half bad I would get him to reclear the whole car after he fixes the spots needed.

I'm getting two replacement fenders for the front, a replacement vertical radiator support piece, and fixing rust spots on the roof, driver's door, both rear quarters, and having a dent on my hood pulled. I also want to have him respray the bay and the interior from the seats back
