Im planning on redoing the fusebox harness with a milspec plug through the inner fender space for disconnect, in my head it works out. But we will see how it goes

Im the same with wanting to rip apart a transmission. Like i want to do it, but i think i would flood the transmission with my tears from failure

yeah, the reason race teams use straight cut is because of the load that helical puts on the tranny case. They would have to beef up the case and that adds weight.
