soooo clean, and great shots
yeah weather here as been horribly rainy
Gotta love mother nature
You got to get some more videos brother, show us some daily driving and wot pulls haha so addicted to a boosted k series. In Australia all the ep3's are just standard, nothing over the top like yours. Maybe a built k24 or simple boost but that's about it and not to mention 90% of the ep3's here are championship white. Meh!!
Quick question. Do you prefer the dump tube coming out the top like that or under the exhaust passage?
Thanks.
Well currently I'm mainly doing sum driving due to comp clutch super single slipping at 12lbs of boost under tuning.
Once she's fully operational ill have vids no doubt.
And I personally prefer the dyno exit how I have it for racing purposes. and personal preference.
I had it before under the car and it was as loud. Either way don't hurt
I want my exhaust and dump to exit out the hood. But the weather in Melbourne Australia is horrible. Literally 4 seasons in 1 day.
I'll probably get done by the police within a few hours with a setup like yours haha.
Going with a quieter exhaust setup but leaving the dump. I want that daily sensible driver but all hell let's loose when full throttle.
It's a 6266, and we had already done done some 20+lb pulls and held fine but after 3 back to back pulls and once hott it slipped, but after that it held fine until we started tuning high cam angles
After having the car down for nearly 2 weeks fighting a bug that had me to a breaking point, finally was able to crack that sucker and have her up and running once again. These cooling systems can make or break ya i tell ya!! Couple shots of joy!! (be back soon fellas)

That's great you got it worked out!
Yup, took her for a test drive b4 it got dark and cooler, and the engine ran superb temp wise.
Theres a special someone on here that helped and opened my brain up!
Thank u sirre
Time to get serious and do what i should have a long time ago, having the turbo open to the elements has been bothering me and since i had a close encounter recently i dont feel the necesity of taking any chances no more.
Went to my local PepBoys SpeedShop and scooped up some goodies to get-er-done.
(excuse my welding)
Purchased the following:
4in 90 degree coupler
4in short straight pipe
4in 45 degree elbow
Will have the straight and 45 elbow welded together and go purchase the final pc, air filter. Enjoy!

Ha I only have a 4'' intake because my turbo inlet is 4''
Same here,
thanks, was doubtful the bov might be an issue, happy doh nonetheless
If you haven't picked up a filter yet, I can recommend the 4'' filter I'm using it's the smallest 4'' I could find, and it looks like you'll need a rather small one to fit in your location:

It's tough to tell from pics, but I think it would fit just fine for you.
Good call that's what I need, no part number
wow thread got closed on its own sorry for that
Well turbo intake is officially done, picked up a temp filter while the shorty K&N one arrives sometime next week.
Also added a autometer water temp gauge after really knowing how bad the oem one on the cluster sucks.
