So far so good, 5th gear grinds from time to time, im thinking that is a direct result of using the Syncrotech carbon syncro's though from what i have heard. It sucks because 1-4 is soooooo smooth, way better than stock. The 4.3 final is also quite nice...85mph cruising is ~3.1k rpms
You have the syncrotechs for all gears right?
Yeah 1-6. Only gear that gives me any issue is 5th 1-4 feel seriously awesome even at 8800rpms.
That's cool are you able to get full boost now with the 4 port without hitting boost cut?
Yup so far so good! hit boost cut in 4th the other day but vit and I are still doing some tweaking. Rode my bike the last 2 days though, need to get in some rides before the temp drops any more.
I love the IAT boost control option. Eliminates colder weather boost cuts ;)

Where did you get your gears treated?
I just started tuning for my 4 port. I had an electrical issue and the solenoids weren't working for a bit. http://www.nitrofreeze.com/ is where i got mine treated. We shall see how they hold up.
Thats awesome! Glad to hear at least 1-4 is mint. And this makes me want to get a 4-port, keep us updated on how it goea. I've been on my Ruckus the past few days as well, gotta get in good riding time before the season is over!Quote:
