The BWR / blackworks Ones seem to be very good value, and a much better fit/ design than the PLM. Around £600 inc postage and tax to the UK.
KLM Fabrication
Fast/Solid Work
far better than BWR in my opinion
Either use a sandwich plate or look up LMA oil sensor adaptor. It's a remote mounted adaptor so no broken T pieces in the block.
You need 1/8bsp for the oem oil sensor, and 1/8npt for the oil feed. You can then adapt this to an-3 to feed the turbo
Can only recommend what I know fits into UK spec ep3s. I'm sure there are much better manis out there but unfortunately there isn't much support for Uk cars.
My favourite mani is the nortech one. UK built with CNC collector and wastegate priority placement. Best part of £1100 ish but lifetime warranty that is credible for UK.
Thank you all for sharing your input! I did not know UK cars don't have much aftermarket support. That explains the eager customers and members!

It's got better last couple of years. If you want to do your own build its still either piece your own together or chance a ready made kit and 95% of the time have to mod the kit.
sstream How is everything going? Have you made any progress?
I want to buy a skunk2 timing chain tensioner before i put any parts to it.Only place i can get this part is USA:'( So i have to wait couple of days before i will have this part with me.Ive bought Toda Timing Chain already and waiting for tensioner now;-)

You COULD run a basic log manifold and go for a GT30R setup, that would get you at your power goal and be easy to purchase online AFAIK. But, I don't know the UK setup/layout. You would be better with a tubular manifold though, a sidewinder can easily be attained, but could be a bit pricey to ship. Would be worth the money though, depending on which you get.
Did you look into any of the ones people suggested earlier in this thread? sstream
Look up solid fabrications on FB. They do a nice sidewinder for £750 in UK
Try a precision 5858 should get you to your power goal fairly Easyer. I run a 6262 and I'm around that power with 9 psi
I run a pt5558 .82 and manage 460fwhp at 1bar
Pretty much anything around gt30 sort of sizing works well
Both of these, well all 3, are great options. The goal here, sstream, is to not barely make your power goal because your system will be limited in one or more aspects for the future when you want to make some more power. It will also result in parts not lasting as long/lack of safety for your motor. A GT30R, PT5558, PT5858, and even a 6262 will all hit your power goal and make over 500whp as well. And that's at less than 20psi for all of them (depending on supporting mods, of course). The importance is not the power you will make, but HOW you will make the power. If you use a little GT28R, which I had on my first build, you will have great mid-range power in your powerband but will be limited at the top end due to our higher redline. If you go with any of the 3 we all suggested, as examples, you will still have great power mid powerband but really pulls up top. And when you're racing/spirited driving, you're at the top of your powerband nearly the entire time.
I suggest a sidewinder or top-mount manifold for your setup. Do you know what is available around you? I KNOW we can make this setup work. The option Gerry6262 could work: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/320781364573
Didn't mean anything by it mate, no worries.
I only asked as it looks very much like a PLM,
When bolted on it gives little to no room for even the most compact wastegate due to the path the water lines take. So this is sorted by moving it towards the T3 flange slightly. Gives a bit more space and improves Gate placement a little too.
Other issue is once everything is bolted up it gives no great option for where to send the dump tube as the manifold is kinda in its own way if you follow me. Currently working on getting a viable route for the dump tube providing it fits down between the gearbox and the steering rack
Should know writhing next couple of days. Will fire a load of pics up. When we get there.....
We also found the bolt holes in the flange line up very well
The manifold shouldn't need modding remove the water bypass valve and lengthen the water hose and should be fine
There is company called solid fabrications and they have really nice sidewinder

He does downpipe, screamer, 3" catback and cooler pipes to match too, just give him the car and your turbo and builds it all to fit.
Will need to relocate heater hoses, heater control, fuel feed, brake booster hose though. But you will have to do this with any sidewinder,
Sstream- where you from
I dont know yet im doing a research at the moment.

I will need downpipe as well but dont now where from😀

Ah bugger your location may make the manifold difficult from solid fab, maybe worth asking though. He usually asks to build on the car for perfect fitment. Couple of lads on the UK forum from NI/ROI maybe able to point you in the direction for a good mani/downpipe combo that doesn't mean coming to the mainland.
Most buy a manifold and make their own downpipe though.
I will not give up:-)

Full Race make one for your application?
sstream, if you can reach out to some of the UK guys, bring them on here and post up. That way, others can find this easily and get all the info in one spot, rather than having to do all the work you're stuck doing.
We're helping as much as we can, if those guys post on here we can surely get to the bottom of this sooner!
Biggest problem is all honda guys in uk go to tdi north garage and pay fortune to do it and they want say to much or help.Im gonna do it myself.

We're here to help. Provide us with pictures of your engine bay, front, drivers/passengers side, back of the bay by the firewall, and a horizontal one so we can see what needs to be avoided and worked around. We'll do our best to eye it out with what manifolds might fit and make a selection from there. Easiest case might just be a top-mount. We'll see
