Winter tires/winter wheels w/ winter tires mounted

I am interested in purchasing winter tires either on cheap winter wheels or on no wheels. PM me what you have!

Any specs in mind? I have none, just trying to help.

Ideally it would be 17's with 215/45's on. I'm not at all opposed to buying just winter tires and putting on the stock wheels, but I do not want to buy 'winter' rims without tires, or 'winter' rims that don't have 4 winter tires as that would not accomplish what i'm looking to do.
