Hi All!! I am slowly going to start building a boosted K20 or K24 motor since this has happened to me http://i92.photobucket.com/albums/l15/chrisfjr83/CHRIS-DESKTOP/RSX%20GO%20BOOM/08cd9ef1-b27a-4d10-b6b7-1cc4249efe7e.jpg (http://s92.photobucket.com/user/chrisfjr83/media/CHRIS-DESKTOP/RSX%20GO%20BOOM/08cd9ef1-b27a-4d10-b6b7-1cc4249efe7e.jpg.html)

So currently I am in the process of slowly gutting out the entire car to get ready for a cage and look at putting another motor together for BOOST. I drive a 2002 Acura RSX Type S

overrev the motor and dropped a valve and destroyed a piston and the block

That's a very unusual picture. Looks like the head is still on and you took out the crank and pistons?

Glad your in the forums tho best of luck with the build. What form of boost are you looking to go with?

Planning on putting a turbo on the car. I have already purchased a built K20 bottom end with 9.0:1 comp pistons that I am thinking about changing and adding sleeves to and I have also already picked up a Full Race T4 twin scroll manifold.
