well long story short, ive been tinkering around with my k20 6265 build, trying to get it to run correctly. everything checked out in kpro, no error codes, but my map seems to be f'ed up.

cranking to start the car, map sensor reads 40+psi. wires are hooked up right, i did continuity check from each wire at the sensor to the ecu. Checked for 5v between power and ground.

i slap on a stock map sensor and voila starts. (yes i switched map sensors in krpo each time)

so dunno, waste of money for a sensor?

Well, a 3.5 bar is ~51 psi of boost. So it has the ability to read that high, and apparently is lol. I have a Hondata 4 bar and have had no problems whatsoever. I'll message a few of my tuner buddies to see if they can chime in and help. Only thing I can think of is that the sensor is bad. :shrug:

MAP sensor needs to be scaled properly in the software.
There you go :thumb:

in kpro its already got it scaled in, unless Hondata has the wrong scalar.

scalar= 862.4
offset=-431

hmmmm
