So what rpm are you getting full spool at? It looks pretty soon based on your torque graphs, but they are using speed for the x-axis and i don't know the R18 gear ratios.

No LSD currently, although it is NEXT on the list. full spool at 3500 once it kicks out of low and opens up.

i dont really know highest HP as different dynos etc read WAYYY differently. Like FR R18 on dyna has 251whp but only 221 wtq. so im SOLEY basing it off TQ and not HP as torque is required for HP and is used to calculate the HP. I currently hold the highest reading for the R18 at 231 wtq. this was colombia's stock tune to go get gas hahaha and realized the MAF housing restriction. :facepalm: all to be fixed SOOON!

Correct both Va*** and boost gauge. its supposed to read -20 while idling and its at 0. basically its reading correctly just want to move the initial positioning from 0 to -20.

That's actually the header on R18 motors, there's just a single hole that is used as the exhaust... Not sure why but that's how it is!

Shipped up the car Friday it was received today and Car should be put together by monday and at Gato's monday night waiting for a intake manifold to be made so i can use a larger throttle body, and actually tune the car without plastic exploding.

Let me know where you get it from. I'm installing my fuel return in a month or two and the fuel sender is friend from e85.

5857 jb .63 A/R should be good till about 600 HP. Yeah on the right gas CMB says easily.

And going with srt hanger dual dw300
-8 an lines sender from a honda dealer ship or directly from a brazilian buddy

I was expecting at least into the 400's Idk but im not sure how far advanced they put it, i know my boy is running 22 Degrees on a stock car so i should be above this but i know CMB went rather conservative on the tune because he does not know the limits of the car no wants to be held responsible. I respect his decision so just looking to switch to E85, dual pumps, and a 4 port solenoid and see if i get it to where i want it.

First things first, what injectors are you running? I definitely believe you need a second pump, you're running a walbro 255 right? Dual hanger will be a nice upgrade, and I'm with CMB i'd be careful too. E85 should definitely break into the low 400's at that boost level. Have you asked Vit what he thinks?

I've asked some tuners who have experience tuning the r18 and they run 22 advance for fuel on stock block and I believe CMB is running under 18 so there's still more to pull out of the car I believe. Also 1000cc injectors and going for dual DW300 since two 400s don't fit. Also CMB said easily over 450s low 500 on race gas and low 500-600 (whatever the turbo maxes out at) on C85(improved version of E85)

If you want to make the most power possible use vp import 120. It's 120+ octane racing fuel. Guy on 8th made 600 on stock block k20 and a gt35 with that stuff.

You can dump more of c85 and keep pulling ignition unlike race gas, you have to mix methanol with race gas to be able to pull as much timing. All you need is supporting fuel mods ie bigger injectors 2150 FIC, 2x DW300 and -8 AN feed

IDK if you read the descriptions of the fuels on Vpracingfuels' website you would think the VP import 120 would be loads better than C85, but the choice is yours. I know my mechanic likes to use straight methanol in his race car so he never detonates, but it requires one BEEFY fuel system.

yeah with 1000cc injectors, you need 2100+ for E/C85 and a corrosive resistant sender or the flex fuel one.

So turbo smoking and I'm at half oil, any ideas what this can be besides blown seals ?

Still building boost it was after driving pretty hard temps where normal about half way. Now when I stopped I noticed it smoking but no leaks and it's the hot side smoking not cold side? I'm thinking I'm low on oil and it's hitting to high a temp yet the temp gauge isn't reading high

The hot side is what actually burns oil, Just the one side can blow, you might not have any oil in the charge pipes. If you pull your downpipe if you see burnt oil running down inside of it then its a pretty damn clear indication.

It's the seals at the bottom of the turbo near the return it leaks but very little amount. It was smoking cause blanket was soaking it up and smoking. Stopped as soon as I removed the blanket. Still leaking but ~300 miles and dipstick hadn't moved down. So it's barely dripping but still dripping need to get it rebuilt or new seals rather.

Car is currently at Perky Performance in Gransbury, TX. Taking this bitch to the next level only to find out NEVER got custom valves, still have stock valves inside, fucking base fuel press 20 psi under what it is stock, cracked bowl for cyl 1 in the head, barely any work was done to the HEAD.. the list goes on. Having Endyn see how much they can pull out of the head definitely excited for results. Upgraded fuel pump to the 400 lph Walbro.

ONLY Good news i had was that i didnt blow my turbo!! just shitty made oil return lines once again thanks to the shitbags over at JOTECH Kissimmee not the REAL BAWLERS IN TX.

Also have a New toy the K23 Acura RDX SH-AWD shits fun cant wait to get hands on in tuning and tweaking!

And we're just starting! we had a successful start to testing on the ‪‎VitTuned‬ Honda Civic R18 running our custom VitTuned MoTec‬ ‪M150‬ firmware package. The fuel system couldn't keep up and I had to cut the testing short, but everything went very smooth otherwise -- made 410hp & 330tq on 22psi of boost using an old PTE 5757 turbocharger (with a 2.5" downpipe at that).

The MoTeC firmware package we've developed brings a lot to what has been an otherwise neglected platform -- anti lag, closed loop boost control, boost by gear, closed loop lambda control w/ an LSU 4.9 wideband sensor (accurate even for full time closed loop in boost!), launch control, traction control, flat foot shift, rolling antilag... the list of features just goes on! We'll be demoing some of the features after we get the fuel system upgraded to handle big power on this platform.

When an R18 sounds more savage than your K series.
