I figured the site was having issues. I'm in no hurry so I can wait until its back up. I need a few more fittings for my return line, a fitting for my coolant lines, TPS, fuel rail, tensioner cover, and shifter cables.

Which lines? The ones inside the tank or the braided lines coming off the pump cage? Yes to either, the in tank lines are submersible lines meant for just what I used them for and the braided lines and made for gasoline feed/return lines.

Have you actually used this setup yet? I ask because a couple people on 8thcivic have had issues with the submersible line bursting after some use, yes even ones rated for high pressure and to be submersed in gasoline. What kind of AN lines did you go with? Are they teflon coated?

Yes, the no non-sense fuel return is the way to go, although I'm not sure if it works in the rsx or not. I know their cage is a tad different.

floor harness is super easy. don't know what all you want to remove but keep in mind the factory amp wiring runs through that if you're keeping the radio. You can remove all the wires that goes to the seats. Then you have the abs wires, and then 3 plugs for the evap that will run outside through the trunk. just make sure you don't remove the yellow/blue wire which powers the fuel pump and youre golden

What size is that throttle body? I don't think you will find a restriction with the stock manifold or throttle body with just a GT30. Being that turbo setups blow through the throttle body, it's size is much less relevant than on a blower like a roots style blower that's after the throttle body.

It's just a 70mm. I realize I won't see any noticeable gains from it, I just don't have an oem throttle body and would rather pay the extra $100 to get a new aftermarket one than a used oem one. I'm only port matching the manifold to eliminate turbulence that would occur from charge air coming in a 70mm tb and then hitting a smaller opening in the manifold.

:word: That makes sense, but ya your turbo outlet will be the first restriction in that regard, as it is only 2''. Also I don't think you need to go to charge piping larger than 2.5'' till like 800whp or something like that.

In other news, my karcepts clear ecu cover, thermal valve delete, iacv delete, and ktuned rbc/rrc adapter came in(and it seems to match with my port job) so I am that much closer to having this thing put together once I get the car back.
